IFIC Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cumilla City Corporation on Tuesday to enhance service delivery and expand access to modern banking services.The agreement was signed by Helal Ahmed, chief of branch business, on behalf of the bank, and by Md Shah Alam, administrator of Cumilla City Corporation and additional secretary to the government, on behalf of the city corporation.
