Fazlur Rahman Babu to take a year off

Popular actor Fazlur Rahman Babur has undergone open heart surgery. His surgery was completed at a private hospital in Dhaka on February 23.

The actor’s wife Kazi Roksana Rama confirmed the news. Rama said that the doctor advised Babu to rest for the next year. Rama said, “When I felt sick at home around midnight on February 16, I immediately took him to a hospital in Dhanmondi near my house.

After tests there, I found out that Babu had a heart attack. The next day, when an angiogram was done at another hospital, the doctor said that open heart surgery would have to be done and very soon. After that, it was done quickly. He is fine now.”
