Tanjin Tisha accused of beating Samia Athoi

Popular actress Tanjin Tisha has been accused of assaulting popular TV personality Samia Athoi.
Samia Athoi has claimed that she was intentionally assaulted and verbally abused.
Athoi went on Facebook Live and narrated the incident, showing her bloody hands and swollen eyes.
In caption of the live, she wrote, “Why did Tanjin Tisha beat me on the shooting set? I want a fair trial. Everyone deserves respect.”
Athoi alleged that Tisha’s behaviour was unusual from the first day of shooting. In this regard, she said, “I had brought a beautiful gift for Tisha Apu but she did not accept it. As soon as the first scene started, she hit me and made my hands bloody. Seeing this, actor Shahiduzzaman Selim Bhai and director Rinku Bhai were surprised and wanted to know why I was hit like this.”
Indicating an old enmity, Athoi further said, “Earlier, when I worked with Mushfiq R Farhan, Tisha Apu used to threaten me and tell me not to work with him. She used to say, ‘Farhan will be my son-in-law.’ She threatened not only me, but many others including actress Keya Payel. Perhaps she did this out of anger.” Regarding the last scene, Athoi said that according to the script, there was a scene where Tisha was slapped. Although technically Athoi slapped her gently, Tisha hit her with great force in return. This caused Athoi’s eyes to swell and he had trouble speaking.
Asking about Tisha’s mental state and her unusual behaviour on the shooting set, Athoi said, “She abused me in foul language. I don’t know why she did that.
Did she eat anything? She was in the bathroom for 40 to 50 minutes yesterday too. She had a bad smell coming from her body and was behaving like a madman.
I don’t know if she is addicted to drugs or not.”
