Venezuela situation, DiCaprio in trouble

Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio was unable to attend the Palm Springs Film Festival Gala Awards in California, US, due to travel restrictions.

The actor was stranded on the Caribbean island of Saint Barthélemy due to airspace closures due to political situation in Venezuela.

International media outlets, citing Palm Springs Film Festival authorities, reported that DiCaprio was unable to attend the event in person due to limited airspace and sudden travel restrictions.

He was scheduled to receive the Desert Palm Achievement Award for his film ‘One Battle After Another.’ DiCaprio, who
was vacationing with family and friends in Saint Barthélemy, was caught up in the ban.
