UAE leaders express condolences over Khaleda’s death

Senior leaders of the United Arab Emirates have expressed deep grief over the death of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, extending condolences to Bangladesh and offering prayers for the eternal peace of her soul.
UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum conveyed their profound sorrow at her passing, according to a press release issued by the UAE Embassy on Sunday.
The leaders offered their heartfelt sympathies on the great loss, praying to Almighty Allah to grant Begum Khaleda Zia His infinite mercy and forgiveness, admit her into eternal Paradise, and provide strength, patience, and comfort to her family, relatives, and well-wishers.
Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan also expressed deep sadness over the demise of the former Bangladeshi prime minister.
In a separate condolence message sent to President Mohammed Shahabuddin, the UAE leadership conveyed its deepest sympathies to the people and government of Bangladesh on the passing of Begum Khaleda Zia, the release said.
