Will Smith accused of harassing male co-star

A serious allegation has been made against Hollywood star Will Smith! Last year, while on tour with the actor and rapper, his fellow artist and violinist Brian King Joseph had a bitter experience.

Allegedly, Smith harassed him; when he protested, he was unfairly fired. The victim filed a lawsuit in the incident.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. It names Will Smith and his company, Treble Studios Management, as defendants.

Joseph claims that Smith displayed predatory behaviour towards her during Smith’s ‘Based on a True Story’ global tour in early 2025.

The actor also mentally pressured her for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
