Iftekhar Enam Awal elevated to DMD at AB Bank

Awal joined AB Bank as a probationary officer in the seventh batch in June 1994, after completing his postgraduate degree in finance from the University of Dhaka, according to a press release.

Over his lengthy banking career, he has gained extensive experience in modern banking operations. He has led several corporate branches and divisions of AB Bank at different stages of his career.

His core areas of professional expertise include corporate business, credit, foreign exchange, branch operations, relationship management, and divisional leadership at head office level.

Awal has also participated in numerous training programmes, seminars and workshops on various aspects of banking, both at home and abroad.
