Preli selection process of BKSP starts

The 2026 preliminary selection process of the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP), a dream sports institution, was started from Tuesday.

As always, this time too, considering the talented sportsmen and women scattered at the grassroots, the preliminary admission process has been planned at the BKSP regional centres in the divisional cities. On the one hand, the poor and disadvantaged boys and girls will get the opportunity to test their ability.

Besides, the future sports arena of the country will be more prosperous by getting talented players. Apart from Dinajpur, the preliminary admission process will be completed in phases on the specified days at various BKSP regional centres in Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Chattogram, Khulna, Barishal and finally Dhaka BKSP.

A total of 1,105 candidates participated in 21 sports categories on the first day of the two-day age-based primary selection was held at the Dinajpur Regional Centre on Tuesday. Nearly six thousand candidates have registered so far in the online registration process and registration will continue till the examination dates.
