Sohini expresses love, admiration for acting of BD actors

Sohini Sarkar is a popular actress of West Bengal. She has made a place in the hearts of the audience of both Bengals with her fluent acting.

In addition to acting, she regularly keeps track of Bangladeshi dramas and movies.

In a recent interview, Sohini expressed her love and admiration for the acting of Bangladeshi actors.

In the interview, Sohini specifically mentioned the duo of Afran Nisho and Mehazabien Chowdhury.

She said, “I find the duo of Mehazabien and Nisho wonderful. I especially like Nisho’s works.”

Paying tribute to the legends of the Bangladeshi acting world, Sohini said, “Whenever we talk about Bangladeshi actors, the names of Humayun Faridi, Suborna Mustafa, Mosharraf Karim or Chanchal Chowdhury come to mind.

Apart from that, Jaya Ahsan or Aupee Karim are also my favourites.”

In her words, “For those of us who see the work of Bengalis from both sides, the work of many Bangladeshi actors is great.

To be honest, we are what we call a complete glutton for the work of many people.”

Sohini praised the work of Tasnia Farin among the current generation of actresses. She also expressed her liking for the acting of Nusrat Imroz Tisha.

The actress was even impressed by Shobnom Bubly’s performance opposite Siam in a project on the OTT platform ‘Chorki’.

Sohini’s comment about Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan, “There is nothing special to say about Shakib Khan, he is a huge star.”

Apart from that, Sohini also recalled her working experience with film actor Arifin Shuvoo.
