Textile Talent Hunt unveils Season 10

Textile Talent Hunt (TTH) officially launched its Season 10 on Wednesday at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka.

Marking a decade-long journey of inspiring talent, the new season is being introduced with the powerful motto “A Legacy of Innovation”, with sustainability set as the core focus.

The launch event followed the successful conclusion of Textile Talent Hunt Season 9, which wrapped up on November 12, further reinforcing the program’s role as a catalyst for research-driven solutions, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration in Bangladesh’s textile ecosystem.

The program Was chaired by Prof Md Zulhash Uddin, vice chancellor, Bangladesh University of Textiles (Butex), underscoring the strong academic foundation of the initiative.He declared the launch of the 10th Season.

Several eminent personalities graced the event as special guests, including, Mijanur Rahman managing director & CEO, Fashion Power Group & vice president (finance), BGMEA; Eng. Ehsanul Karim Kaiser, executive chairman, Textile Today & Convener, ITET; Moyeen Hyder Chowdhury, country manager, Puma Bangladesh & Pakistan; Engr. Abdus Sobhan managing director, Auko-Tex Group and Faizah Mehmood, deputy managing director, Anwar Group of Industries& Director, BTTLMEA.The judging panel for Textile Talent Hunt Season 10 is led by Prof Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, vice-chancellor (acting), BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology, as chairman.

A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of the new Textile Talent Hunt logo, symbolizing the evolution of the platform over the past decade.

Engr. Akhtar Hossain was the founder and chairman of Swiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd. and a renowned personality in the textile industry.A dedicated partners’ session featured leading professionals representing global chemical brands, textile solution providers, and manufacturing groups.

The session highlighted the critical role of collaboration in transforming innovative ideas into scalable industrial applications.
