At least 45 people injured in a bloody clash between two sides over the land dispute, supremacy in Karimganj upazila of Kishoreganj on Saturday evening. The incident took place at Manikpur village under Gunadhar Union of Karimganj upazila.
The seriously injured were admitted to Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital (SNIMCH) and others injured admitted to 250-bed General Hospital and Karimganj upazila hospital.
According to police and local sources, Chan Mia and Asairuddin member groups clashed bloodily over land dispute and supremacy.
