One passenger was killed and 3 others were injured fatally when a BRTC passenger bus collided head on with a locally made 3 wheelers known as “Nasiman” on Khulna-Bagerhat Highway near at Khanjahania Gana Bidyaloy in Sundraghona village 06 kilometers off Bagerhat district town on April 30, according to a delayed report received here.
The locals recovered the injured passengers of Nasiman and admitted them to Bagerhat district Hospital. Being informed of the matter police of Bagerhat Model PS rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
The killed passenger was identified as one Al-Amin Shaikh (35), son of one Sekndar Ali Shikb hails from the village Koramara within Bisnupur Union Parishad under Bagerhat Sadar Upazila. The injured passengers are Babul Hawladae (40), son of one Nurul Hawladar, Harinkhana under Bagerhat Pourashabha, Md. Zahid Gazi (38), son one Eunus Gazi hails from singkhali area under Bhandaria Upazila in Pirojpur district and Babu Tarafdar, son of one Jalil Tarafdar under Bagerhat Sadar Upazila.
