Shahed and Mamo under Abul Hayat’s direction

The National Film Award and Ekushey Padak winning noted actor, drama director and
writer Abul Hayat has made
a drama for Channel i.
Popular actor Shahed Sharif Khan and National Film Award-winning actress Zakia Bari Mamo played two main roles in the story of the drama. In the meantime, the shooting of the drama has been completed at the ‘Nakshatra Bari’ resort near the capital.
In addition to Mamo and Shahed, Chitralekha Guha, Abdul Bari, Selly Ahsan and several
others acted in this drama. Title of the drama is ‘Shila Brishtir Shorbot’. Late Rabeya Khatun wrote story of the drama.
Abul Hayat was the screenwriter and director of the drama.
While talking about the drama, its director Abul Hayat told this correspondent, “My dramas are made based on special episodes. And most of my dramas are made for broadcast on Channel i. As usual, this times the production of drama on the story of Rabeya Khatun. The story is completely different. I liked it, so I made the script in my own way and produced the drama. Everyone who has acted in it has done it with heart. Shahed and Mamo have played the two main roles well. To tell the truth, Shahed is much better in acting now than before. He should be more serious while working on my drama. He also helped me. And actress Mamo is a talented actress. She immersed herself in the character. She tries to do the work by sinking into the character with her mind. As usual, this is exactly what happened in this drama. I hope the drama gets
a good response from the audience.” Director Abul Hayat informed that during the shooting, his wife Shirin Hayat was also present at the shooting site.
It is mentioned that actor Shahed Sharif Khan is the
husband of Abul Hayat’s younger daughter Natasha Hayat.
Khijir Hayat Khan directed movie ‘Ora 7 Jon’ starring Mamo is now at least on the platform. Viewers agreed that Mamo has acted brilliantly in this movie.
Mamo first acted in the movie ‘Daruchini Dwip’ directed by Tauquir Ahmed. Mamo also won the first National Film Award
by acting in this film.
