Chakrakar shot on smartphone released

Short film Chakrakar directed by Roni Bhowmik is receiving phenomenal response on social media-Facebook and YouTube. Apart from its making, story, and acting; the most jaw-dropping surprise is that this short film has been made with a smartphone, said a press release. Recently Roni started to work on this short film as a part of vivo X80 5G campaign. The short film has been shoot with this smartphone. Chakrakar has been shot in different locations of Dhaka and Chattogram. This short film has got a release from vivo Bangladesh’s official Facebook page. The story revolves around suburban middle-class family. It illustrates mother-son relationship, their mutual love and care and a sudden attack of alzheimer’s disease. Afsana Mimi, Yash Rohan, Nova Firoz and Aryan Mohammad Dihan acted in Chakrakar. Besides giving direction, Roni Bhowmik has also written the screenplay and Mohammad Towkir Islam did cinematography of the film.
