Subroto Cup: BKSP earn 2nd consecutive win beating West Bengal 3-2

Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) U-14 Football team registered the 2nd consecutive victory in a Pool B match of the Subroto Cup International Football Tournament beating West Bengal team by 3-2 goals at the Dr. Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday.
In the day’s match, captain Rakib, who made a hat-trick against Sikkim on Saturday, scored the first goal while Mintu netted the other goal for BKSP to dominate the first half by 2-0 goals.
West Bengal team leveled the margin 2-2 in one stage of the 2nd half.
But, Habibul scored the winning goal for BKSP in the dying moment of the match (3-2) with the frustration of Bengal team.
BKSP will play their remaining pool B match against TAFS team on Monday at the same venue.
Earlier, the national sports institute team of Bangladesh made a goalless draw with Goa team in the first group match on Friday and tasted the first victory in the 2nd group match outplaying Sikkim team by 4-0 goals on Saturday at the same venue.
A total of 35 teams, split in eight groups, are taking part in the tournament.
