5 killed as truck hits CNG autu-richshaw in Pabna

Five people including three women were killed and two others injured as a truck hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Ahmmadpur area adjacent to Kashinathpur Bazaar in Sujanagar upazila early Monday. The deceased could not be identified immediately. Rajib Hasan, officer-in-charge of Aminpur Police Station, said a sand-laden truck hit the auto-rickshaw in the area in the early morning, leaving five ot its passengers dead on the spot and two others injured.
