The Officers-in-Charge (OC) of eight police stations under Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) has been transferred.
The order was issued in a notification issued by the KMP headquarters on Saturday. The order was issued in a notification signed by Khulna Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Zulfikar Ali Haider.
According to the order, Mir Atahar Ali, officer-in-charge of Khalishpur police station in the city, has been transferred as an investigation officer of the Khulna Metropolitan Detective Department.
Khulna Sadar Police Station OC Shafiqul Islam has been transferred as officer-in-charge of Daulatpur police station. Sonadanga Police Station Officer-in-Charge Kabir Hossain has been given the responsibility of officer-in-charge of Khulna Sadar police station. Harintana Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Touhiduzzaman has been transferred as OC of Khalishpur Police Station.
Sanwar Hossain Masum, Officer-in-Charge of Labanchara Police Station, has been transferred as OC of Khan Jahan Ali Police Station. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Daulatpur Police Station, has been given the responsibility of Officer-in-Charge of Sonadanga Police Station.
Khairul Bashar, Officer-in-Charge of Arangghata Police Station, has been transferred as Officer-in-Charge of Harintana Police Station. Md. Tuhinuzzaman, Officer-in-Charge of Khan Jahan Ali Police Station, has been transferred as Officer-in-Charge of Labanchara Police Station. Besides, Shahjahan Ahmed, Investigation Officer of Metropolitan Detective Police, has been posted as Officer-in-Charge of Arangghata Police Station.
