In some places, the ‘mob’ created by the concert is happening to break everything.
This time popular actress Nusraat Faria opened her mouth about these issues.
Organised by the University of Liberal Arts (ULAB), the curtain rose on the 11th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival on February 22.
Nusraat Faria was the guest on the first day of this two-day festival.
The actress faced various questions from journalists there. When asked about the recent events, she said, “It is actually a very difficult matter. I think this is not right because the culture of our country should keep us alive. If those who have seen this whole thing maintain things a little bit properly, I think it will come down very soon. Because if this thing is closed, how will the artistes eat?”
Nusraat Faria also said, “Apart from movies, we have a lot of work. We want to connect with the audience, to go to a place where the audience can come to us. If we are stopped there, it will become very difficult for artistes to survive.”
Many of the popular stars are invited to the showroom opening at different times. And concert music is the lifeblood of artistes.
On the one hand it is a source of income as well as a means of direct communication with the audience.
Reminding these things, Nusraat Faria said, “It’s very difficult for artistes to survive only by working on screen. This type of event or open air concert is an earning source for artistes. That should not be forgotten, we have to take action keeping that in mind.”
Actresses have a lot to contribute to our society. Incidentally, cinemas of filmmakers from 28 countries were screened at the Mobile Film Fest organised under the auspices of Star Cineplex.
