Entertainment Report :

The shooting of the new episode of the popular magazine ‘Ityadi’ was at Rajbari (King Tanknath’s house) in Thakurgaon’s Ranishankail.

It has been reported that the incident of vandalism took place during the shooting on January 9. Some video clips of spectators throwing chairs at the event have spread on social media.

Rumours spread that the shooting of ‘Ityadi’ was canceled due to
vandalism on the set.

However, the production company of ‘Ityadi’, Fagun Audio Vision, has denied the matter.

According to Fagun Audio Vision, a small number of viewers are invited to each episode of ‘Ityadi’.

This time eight thousand entry passes were given. But because of people’s love for ‘Ityadi’, the number of viewers exceeds several lakhs. This is why complications have arisen.

Regarding talking about the matter, Hanif Sanket, the presenter and director of ‘Ityadi’ said, “When I came to the stage, I heard that it was packed like three kilometres from all sides – more than five million people.

Where will I let so many people sit? What did the people do, there was a bamboo barricade, it fell down. At that time, the situation was a massacre.

There are women, there are children, and there are people of different ages. Then the howl started. The police tried to stop, so did I. Unsettled situation, someone is throwing chairs.”

Shooting was stopped for some time to control the situation.
Hanif Sanket also said, “I then called the administration and said, ‘The programme cannot be done like this, let the people calm down, then the event will start.

For now we put the programme off for some time. We also stopped filming the show and turned off the lights. I informed that the programme is not happening for now. Calm down guys. It took three hours for people to go.

Actually there is the problem; we have become victims of the situation. We didn’t realise that there would be so many people. The authorities did not understand. Our place really should have been bigger.’”

Hanif Sanket added, “It’s an unexpected event. No one here came to fight, did not come to attack. No offense to the audience
I will say. If someone loves me, it is not unfair. From that love they came.

Then they could not sit, could not watch the show, they felt bad. The chaos that was created, it stopped within an hour and a half. We have also finished the programme very well.”

However, Hanif Sanket has expressed his displeasure with the negative news and rumors in various news media and social media about this incident. While talking in this regard, he told this correspondent, “I’m very sorry, some of our so called media on YouTube, Facebook and some of the frontline media have
published the news in such a way that it seems that there has been an attack, there has been a fight.

But there was no fight. Didn’t feel like a nuisance to me. There was a rush, there was a rush, and there was chaos.”
