Vehicles on Tuesday move along a submerged road in cantonment area of Dhaka which was hit by heavy rains and thunderstorms early in the morning, significantly affecting daily life. The relentless downpour has led to widespread waterlogging across many roads, disrupting transportation and causing severe inconveniences for commuters.
