Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sings Bengali song with Rubayyat

Pakistani noted musician Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sang a Bengali song.
The title of the song is – ‘Tumi Amar Prem Piyasa’.
Bangladeshi-born British singer Rubaiyyat Jahan provided duet vocals with him on the song.
The lyrics of the song are written by lyricist Kabir Bakul, and the tune and music are arranged by Raja Kaasheff.
Rubaiyyat Jahan and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan recently lent their voices to the song at Playback Creative Studio in Dubai, UAE.
Composer and music director Raja Kaasheff confirmed the matter yesterday.
The song is being released by audio releasing company Dhrubo Music Station (DMS).
Rubaiyyat Jahan is very happy to sing a duet with Rahat Fateh Ali. She told this reporter over the phone, “When I met Rahat Fateh Ali in London, he told me about his love for Bengali songs.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan himself said that he wants to sing Bengali songs. He sang the song with so much sincerity. During the voice recording, he said that he really liked the lyrics, melody, and music of the song.
Being able to sing with a legendary artiste like him is one of the greatest achievements of my life. I tried to give my best as a singer, I hope the audience likes it.”
Meanwhile, the song’s organiser, composer and music director, Raja Kaasheff, said that the video for the song will be shot in London in a few days.
The music video for the full song will be released later.
