At a press conference organised to demand the transfer of Rabindra University from the proposed Buri Potajia to an alternative place to save the bill of exchange, the leaders of the Chalanbil Raksha Movement said, “We want to make it clear that we do not want a university in exchange for a bill of exchange.
We need to find an alternative place for our beloved Rabindra University. We want a university, we want a bill of exchange too.
If a university is established at some other place instead of the place called Buri Potajia in Shahjadpur, then the university will be established, and the bill of exchange will also be saved.”
