She could have spent the entire year singing if she wanted to. She could have become a regular in stage shows in Dhaka and far beyond Dhaka if she wanted to.
She is popular singer of this generation, Kaniz Khadiza Tinni.
Kaniz Khadija Tinni is not seen in stage shows far from Dhaka.
The only reason for this is that she has been working as a teacher in an educational institution in Narayanganj for several years. Her schedule has to find separate time for stage shows and TV shows by coordinating with the educational institution. That’s why she can’t stay busy with stage shows outside Dhaka all year round, even if she wants to.
Tinni enjoys performing in stage shows in Dhaka and surrounding areas. Of course, holidays are a different matter. Then, even if Tinni wants to go a little far, she can easily perform a stage show and return home at Chashara in Narayanganj with ease.
Meanhwile, Tinni has already performed at a concert organised by Lions on the occasion of Pahela Boishakh at the Radisson Blu in the capital. The audience present was impressed by Tinni’s performance.
While talking in this regard, Tinni told this correspondent, “To be honest, I sing for the audience. When people surround me like this and express their love for my songs, I feel like I’m successful as an artiste. I really want to live with this respect and this love. I want to move forward in the future with songs and songs.”
Meanwhile, on Pahela Boishakh, Tinni performed at the Narayanganj Club.
