Tigers beat Australia by 5 wickets in the second Twenty20 of the five-match series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur in Dhaka on Wednesday (August 4).
Bangladesh now lead the five-match series 2-0, following a 23-run victory in the first T20I at the same venue.
Australia, thanks to Mitchell Marsh’s quick innings of 45 runs, set a 122-run target for Tigers in the second match.
In chase, Bangladesh surpassed the target just losing 5 wickets with remaining 8 balls left.
Tigers, thanks to Afif Hossain’s 37 runs, scored 123 runs for 5 wickets in 18.4 overs.
