Three killed in Bagerhat road accident

UNB, Bagerhat :
At least three people were killed in a road accident at Bharasapur Bus Stand on Khulna-Mongla Highway in Rampal upazila on Sunday night. One of the deceased was identified as Arif Hossain, 28, of Maskata village in Fakirhat upaizila.
Officer-in-Charge of Katakhali highway police Mannan Ali Farazi said the accident took place when a motorcycle crashed into a truck around 11pm, leaving three motorcyclists severely injured.
The injured, including Arif, were admitted to Khulna Medical College Hospital where doctors declared Arif dead. Later, the two others succumbed to their injuries.
