Three held with arms in city

A team of Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested three persons and seized four foreign pistols from the city’s Gabtoli area on Wednesday morning.
The identity of the arrested men could not be known instantly, DB sources said.
A DB official said that some DB (Police) intercepted a private car at around 7:00am when it was passing by the Khaleque Petrol Pump at Gabtoli.
The law enforcers searched the car, picked up the three persons and seized four foreign pistols from their possession, he said.
