The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BDBL Securities Limited (BSL) was held at its head office in the capital on Thursday. Md. Habibur Rahman Gazi, Board Chairman of the company & Managing Director & CEO of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC, presides over the meeting. Md. Khurshed Hossain, Dr. Md. Hasibur Rashid, Md Golam Mostafa, Md. Rokonuzzaman, Directors, Md. Masum Syeed, CEO of BSL, Kamal Uddin Molla, Company Secretary of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC and SM Golam Rabbani, Company Secretary of BSL, were attended the meeting. The AGM approved 2 per cent cash dividend to its holding company Bangladesh Development Bank PLC.
