Among them, increase the commission for selling drugs, return or replace expired drugs, stop supplying drugs to pharmacies without a drug license by companies, and the government should determine the price of all drugs. If these four points are implemented, unscrupulous people will no longer be able to commit crimes, and genuine drug dealers will be able to do business cleanly.
