Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra yesterday congratulated her Bangladesh counterpart Sheikh Hasina for her reappointment as the premier after the January 5 elections.
“Prime Minister of the kingdom of Thailand H.E. Yingluck Shinawatra Congratulates newly elected Prime Minister of Bangladesh H.E. Sheikh Hasina for her re-appointment,” a foreign office statement said here yesterday.
It said, the Thai premier expected that the relations between the two countries would be further broadened and strengthened in future with her continued leadership.
