Right-arm pacer Taskin Ahmed of Bangladesh captured six wickets of the second innings of the West Indies in the opening Test on Day 4 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua of West Indies on Tuesday (According to the Bangladesh’s date). Taskin Ahmed bowled extremely well and finished his spell as 14.1-1-64-6. It was Taskin’s best bowling figure in his career of the Test campaign.
Taskin first dismissed opener Mikyle Lois (8) who was caught behind by Litton Das off the right-arm pacer when the hosts’ total was 25.
One-down Keachy Carty (3) was caught at the third slip by Mahmudul Hasan Joy off Taskin when the Windies’ score was 35/2. Kavem Hodge (15) was caught behind by Litton Das off Taskin when the home side’s total was 89/4.
Taskin Ahmed bowled out Justin Greaves for just 2 runs when the home side’s score was 95/6.
