Bangladesh pace bowler Tanzim Hasan was fined 15 percent of his match fee for breaching ICC Code of Conduct during their T20 World Cup 2024 Group D match against Nepal at the Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown in St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday.
Tanzim was found to have breached the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “inappropriate physical contact with a Player, Player Support Personnel, Umpire, Match Referee or any other person (including a spectator during an International Match.” The offence is considered as Level 1 breaches.
