Last month, Tisha was accused of not promoting a saree from an online fashion house. However, the actress claims that she received the saree as a gift.
Earlier this month, the online fashion house ‘Aponia’ filed a case against Tisha. This time, in addition to not returning the saree, new allegations of death threats have been made against the actress.
On Thursday, fashion house, Sanaya Couture’s owner and fashion designer Ayesha Anum Fayzah Sanaya Chowdhury filed a general diary (GD) against Tisha at the capital’s Gulshan Police Station on charges of fraud and death threats.
In the GD, the entrepreneur mentioned that on December 13, 2024, Tanjin Tisha took a saree worth Tk75,000 from her to wear at an event.
She was supposed to return the saree the next day after wearing it, but she has not returned it yet.
When Tisha asked her to return the saree on December 15 on Facebook Messenger, Tisha threatened to kill her on December 17 with inaudible language and abuse her.
She even threatened to harass her through DB. After that, Tisha told the entrepreneur on March 13 and May 18 of this year that she would not return the saree.
Recently, after learning about a saree-related case against Tisha through various media outlets, the entrepreneur requested her to return the saree again on Facebook Messenger.
But this time, Tisha has also threatened to sue and make the video viral, the GD states.
In addition, entrepreneur Sanaya said that she has kept a record of her conversation with Tisha and screenshots of the messenger.
In this regard, Sanaya said, “Tisha has taken clothes from me before, but I have always had to make many requests to get them back.
This time, she is not returning a saree worth Tk75,000; on the contrary, she is threatening me. Now I’m worried about my safety.”
Tisha told media that a group is deliberately doing this against her. She will speak in detail after knowing everything.
