Sylhet Government Unani and Ayurvedic Medical College (SGUAMC) has been running with fake internship certificate and without internship Unani board doctor registration available. College office Sohel Rana is working behind this cycle. Various complaints and evidences are found in this regard.
It is known – Md Layek Ahmed of Sherpur village of Biyanibazar upazila of Sylhet district. Son of Arjmand Ali was issued professional doctor registration No. A-1689 by showing fake internship. But Md. Layek Ahmad did not complete his internship from Govt Tibbia College. Internship register of Tibbia College. Layek Ahmad is not named. Oliur Rahman, son of Abdul Karim of Patramati village of Kanighat upazila obtained a fake internship certificate from Sylhet Government Unani Ayurvedic Medical College through irregularities and corruption. His name is not in the internee register of Tibbia College, even after inquiry it was found that Olure never passed from Fulbari Aziriya Madrasa. Still, Oliur Rahman has been given a DUMS pass certificate from the Unani Board, whose number is 866; Dated 30/12/2004 AD. In addition to the DUMS professional certificate, Unani also obtained A-category medical registration, bearing No. A-1034; Dated 17/02/2018 AD.
