Sylhet Divisional Commissioner Khan Md. Reza-un-Nabi said that there is no place for discrimination in the new Bangladesh. There, equal rights of all will be preserved, and the full rights of the people will be protected.
The country’s independence and sovereignty will remain unbroken in the bond of equality and brotherhood.
He said that in the past, due to the wrong mantra of state management, the individual has progressed instead of the country, and individual freedom was forgotten due to the lack of proper implementation of the law. The July 24 revolution has given the new generation the motivation to live, and has given them a new path to find.
He called on everyone to work unitedly to build the Bangladesh of the future by taking the oath of patriotism.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the opinion exchange meeting on accelerating the overall activities of the upazila administration in the meeting room of the Dakshin Surma Upazila Administration Council on Tuesday (June 17) afternoon.
