Syed Minhaj Ahmed has joined as the Managing Director and CEO of Uttara Finance and Investments Limited (UFIL).
Prior to this new assignment, he worked as the Managing Director and CEO of CVC Finance Limited for the last 3 years. During his long outstanding career,he worked in different Banks and NBFIs namely ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, GSP Finance, Prime Finance, Lankan Alliance Finance, National Finance, Vanik Bangladesh Limited etc.in different capacities, said a press release.
Syed Minhaj obtained his MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and Masters in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He attended various training programs and seminars at home and abroad. With more than 20 years of professional careerin different Banks and NBFIs, Mr. Syed Minhaj Ahmed is expected to transform Uttara Finance and Investments Limited to be a leading Financial Institution in Bangladesh.
