Subhamita Banerjee to sing Sabrina Sultana’s song in Yousuf Ahmed’s tune

Bangladeshi music-lovers have heard the songs of Bangladeshi lyricists and composers in the voice of Subhamita Banerjee, a popular singer of two Bengali audiences. Those who are fans of Subhamita’s songs regularly listen to her songs released in two Bengali languages.
Subhamita has won the hearts of two Bengali audiences by singing the song most is ‘Jebhabei Tumi Sokal Dekho Surjo Kintu Ektai’.

She will lend her voice for the song titled ‘Kostogulo Byaktigoto,’ which lyrics were written by the teacher of the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism at Dhaka University Sabrina Sultana Chowdhury, and tune was composed by singer, composer and music director Yousuf Ahmed Khan.
Ovi Moinuddin, who is coordinating the song, said that he had talked with Subhamita about this song.
Over mobile phone from Kolkata, Subhamita expressed her opinions about the song and said, “I like the lyrics and melody of the song. It’s the kind of song I’m usually comfortable singing. Hopefully soon I will be able to voice the song.”
Lyricist of the song, Sabrina Sultana Chowdhury said, “While writing the song, Subhamita’s words kept coming to my mind that it would be good to sing the song with her. That’s how we planned to communicate with her. Subhamita also expressed her desire to sing the song with great interest. Yousuf was off to a great start. I think tunes of these words are what I expected. I just like that.” Music composer of the song, singer Yousuf Ahmed Khan shared his feelings by this way, “This song was planned long ago. A lot of time has passed. Now it is expected that if the situation in the country normalises, I and Ovi Bhai will be able to go to Kolkata and visit Subhamita Didi.”
