Staying away from social media was only way I felt at peace: Badhon

Actress Azmeri Haque Badhon has not been in the news for a long time. There is no trace of her on social media either. Even during last Eid, she was not seen posting anything on social media.
After a break, Badhon returned to social media on the Bengali New Year’s Day, Pahela Boishakh.
Wishing a happy Bengali New Year, Badhon said that she was at peace by staying away from social media.
While talking in this regard, Badhon wrote on Facebook, “Hello, World! Happy New Year! I’m still here. I still live in my mother’s house, I still drive my father’s car. Life is easy outside, but inside, the silent destruction is going on. I stepped away from social media for a few days and honestly, it brought me peace.”
She also wrote, “I have a mind of my own. The path I have walked has not been easy, but it is mine alone. I own my mistakes and respect my growth. I have achieved every success myself. The comments of others upset me. I know who I am and what I did to get here.”
Lastly, the actress concluded, “I have no regrets. Every experience is a lesson. Every step is part of the story that made me who I am today. I will continue to move forward with this determination.”
