The 417thBoard Meeting of Shari`ah based bank, Standard Bank PLC was held at the bank’s head office in the capital on Tuesday.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting, says a press release.
The meeting was attended by Vice Chairman AKM Abdul Alim, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, SAM Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq. Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
