The New Year of Sraboni Shayantoni, the popular musician of this generation, started with the release of a film song. Title of the movie is ‘Munafik’.
A song titled ‘Amar Pagla Bondhuta’ from this movie has already been released on YouTube.
The song was written and composed by S K Shanu. He has also given his voice to the song along with Sraboni.
Sraboni is very happy to start the new English New Year with this song from the movie produced by Evan Mallick.
While sharing her feelings in this regard, Sraboni Shayantoni told this correspondent, “Happy English New Year to everyone. My New Year started really well with the song titled ‘Amar Pagla Bondhuta’. Movie songs are indeed said to be blessings for an artiste because movie songs spread among audience very quickly. So, since the release of my new song, I have been getting a good response. I hope that this song will become much more popular. I will get more response as the first song in the New Year. Thanks to the director of the movie and everyone associated with this song because the lyrics and melody of the song are excellent. The pictorial of the song has been very good. Everyone is specially requested to enjoy the song.”
Sraboni is studying Hindustani classical music at Visva Bharati University in India. She started her professional journey in the world of music through the ‘Channel i Shera Kontho’ competition of 2017.
The latest song in her voice was ‘Tokei Shudhu Chai’.
Apart from the movie song in Sraboni’s voice, the latest popular song ‘Beiman’ was released.
The lyrics of the song are: “Mon Bhangar e Oporadhe Manush Hoy Beiman, Chokher Samne Bondhure Tui Jolonto Proman.”
The song was written by Firoz Khan, composed by Anim Khan.
Also a few days ago another song titled ‘Moner Gobhire’ was released by Sraboni. This song is written by Torun Singh, and composed by Nolok.
