South Point Sports Club (SPSC) has earned the distinction of becoming Runners-up at the Asian Throwball Championship 2025 was held recently at the Sukoon Arena Indoor Complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The tournament saw participation from men’s and women’s throwball teams representing Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and India. In both men’s and women’s categories, India emerged as champions.
The awards ceremony was graced by Dr. Mustapha Kamal Dato (Malaysia), President of the Asian Throwball Federation, as Chief Guest.
He was accompanied by Dr. Latif Uddin (India), Vice President of the Federation, and Mr. Rezaul Karim (Bangladesh). The matches were officiated by referees Ramesh Mehraj and FayazMaroof from Sri Lanka, and Salehin from Malaysia.
