The price of bottled soybean oil has increased to Tk 175 per litre, up from Tk 167. Additionally, the price of loose soybean oil has risen by Tk 8, now costing Tk 157 per litre.
Bangladesh Vegetable Oil Refiners and Vegetable Manufacturers Association (BVORVMA) President Mostafa Haider announced the new prices after a meeting at the commerce ministry’s conference room on Monday.
Commerce Adviser Sheikh Bashiruddin was present.
