The Digital Empowerment and Language Enhancement Initiative project has been launched at SOS Children’s Village Sylhet.
On Wednesday morning, the Digital Empowerment and Language Enhancement Initiative was launched in a colorful ceremony at the conference room of SOS Children’s Village Sylhet, Dayamir Union, Osmani Nagar Upazila, by Dr. Md. Enamul Haque, National Director of SOS Children’s Village Bangladesh.
SOS Children’s Village Sylhet Assistant Director and In-charge Md. Mazharul Islam Khan presided over the program and SOS Social Center Sylhet Assistant Director Tanbir Ahmed presided over the programme.
Dayamir Union Parishad Chairman STM Fakhr Uddin, Osmani Nagar Upazila ICT Officer Khanjahan Ali, SOS Children’s Village Bangladesh Senior Director — Dalia Das, Mohammad Ali, Director ICT, Maksudul Alam Khan, Deputy Director, Finance and Accounts, Tushar Kanti Dhar, Project Coordinator of Achilias Foundation also spoke the programme as special guest.
The opening ceremony was attended by the principals and students of Banigaon SESDP Model School, Rahima Firoz Sikder High School, Joybunnesa Girls High School and Kurua Bahumukhi High School, and officials of SOS Children’s Village.
