This remarkable achievement involved processing 57 claims with a standard turnaround time of just seven days-a standout in the insurance industry.
Beyond death claims, the company disbursed an impressive Tk 40.4 crore in total benefits during the same period, reaffirming its commitment to policyholders.
These payouts included Tk 32.9 crore for 1,245 full maturity benefits, Tk 301,214 against 17 supplementary policies, and Tk 7.4 crore for 2,139 survival benefit claims.
