Sonali Life Insurance Company, a private sector life insurance entity organized its annual event ‘Leaders Club Award’ distribution ceremony on Sunday to honor top-performing employees of the company.
Sonali Life Insurance board members, top officials and over 1,500 representatives from across the country participated in the day-long event.
This year, a total of 1,247 individuals were honoured across various categories in a ceremony, took place at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital on Sunday.
Musta Golam Quddus, a founding director of Sonali Life Insurance also visionary leader of the sonali life family, while addressing, alleged that during the previous government’s tenure, there was an attempt to illegally take control of Sonali Life Insurance, like the way some banks were hijacked.
“We went through a very difficult time, but despite the challenges, 30,000 officers worked relentlessly with honesty and fearless dedication,” Quddus added.
Kazi Moniruzzaman, an independent director of the company, also former BGMEA President, emphasised that Sonali Life Insurance has always fulfilled its claim obligations and will continue to uphold its reputation.
“The success we see today is a testament to hard work and commitment od our employees. We have faced many setbacks, but Sonali Insurance has always risen above them, maintaining its resilience.
