Sonali Bank PLC organised a training workshop to implement the action plan of citizens charter at the head office conference room on Wednesday. Bank's Chief Executive Officer Md. Afzal Karim attended the workshop as chief guest while Joint Secretary of Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, Badre Munir Firdaus as special guest. Deputy Managing Director Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam presided over the programme.
