Ahead of various events this Eid, a Grameenphone’s advertisement has captured the attention of viewers.
Lux star famed talented actress Sharmin Zoha Shoshee has received a lot of response after working as a model for a long time in this advertisement of Grameenphone titled ‘Baba Train Ante Gechhe’.
Many still know Shoshee as ‘Tuni’ from the movie ‘Hajar Bochhor Dhore’.
In the TV commercial, Yusuf Russell is the model opposite Shoshee’s husband, and Anisa Nur Ayat plays the role of Shoshee-Russell’s daughter.

Shoshee has been receiving a lot of response since the advertisement was aired.
While sharing her feelings in this regard, Shoshee told this correspondent, “After a long time, I’m again working as a model for Grameenphone’s advertisements and receiving an unprecedented response. The story of the TVC is about a husband and wife and their child. The story revolves around a little girl. I missed my father a lot while working on this TVC. I became very emotional. I wish I had a father. But I don’t have one; my father has gone to that distant sky. Surely my father is well because he was a very good man. I pray that Allah grants my father Jannat. And everyone who sees this Grameenphone’s advertisement says that it is very beautiful. Especially those I know say that overall it was a very nice advertisement. I give thanks to director Tanvir Ahsan, also give thanks to casting director AR Piash. I have my sincere gratitude to the entire team, because everyone’s sincerity makes a good work. Thanks to my co-artiste Yusuf Russell Bhai and also to my little mother Anisa Ayat. Anisa Ayat acted very beautifully. I found my childhood in her acting. I was getting emotional again and again around my father.”
Shoshee said that the shooting of the advertisement was completed on March 27. Shoshee was seen acting in a seven-episode drama series titled ‘Shashurir Biye’ aired on Boishakhi TV this Eid. Also, the single episode drama titled ‘Bhaggo Bibi’ starring Shoshee was aired on Boishakhi TV.
Therefore, last Ramadan, Shoshee participated with her husband in cooking related show, ‘Radhuni Bhalobasar Kitchen’ with the presentation of Naim and Nadia on Maasranga TV.
