The 27th Annual General Meeting of Shinepukur Ceramics Limited was held under Hybrid Platform on Monday. The meeting was presided over by OK Chowdhury, Director of the Company. Iqbal Ahmed, Director, Barrister Faheemul Huq, Independent Director and Mohammad Asad Ullah, Executive Director and Company Secretary attended the meeting.
Shinepukur Ceramics Limited declared 2per cent cash dividend for the year ended 30th June, 2024 to the General Public Shareholders (Excluding Sponsors) in its 27th Annual General Meeting. The Shareholders approved the Directors’ Report, Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 30th June, 2024, 2 percent cash dividend, appointment of Director and appointment of Auditors for the year 2024-25.
