Shimanto Bank PLC held its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently at Shahid Captain Ashraf Hall, HQ BGB, Peelkhana.
During the AGM, shareholders approved a 5 per cent stock dividend for the year 2024. The Director’s Report and Auditor’s Report were also endorsed, along with the election of directors and the appointment of the auditor says a press release.
The meeting was presided over by the Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh and Chairman of the Bank, Maj Gen Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui, OSP, BSP, SUP, BGBM, ndc, psc, MPhil.
