Central President of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Md. Zahidul Islam said, a big change has taken place in Bangladesh in July-August 2024, and it is not just that the fascist Hasina has fled, but rather a fundamental change and revolution has been achieved in the thinking of a generation. We have seen many steps of which in the university elections.

Ordinary students are rejecting the old-style politics and culture and this generation is slowly moving towards liberal, tolerant and respectful of each other, constructive politics. This is a hope for us. But it is sad but true, after July-August we thought that there would be a fundamental change in political culture.

But this change is not noticeable among some individuals, parties or groups. Rather, in some cases, it is happening that some parties or groups have taken up the tasks that fascist Hasina could not do. In this context, we want to say that no kind of politics of murder, murder and disappearance will continue in Bangladesh. The politics of killing people by stoning, extortion and corruption will not continue. This generation will not accept these hateful politics.

He also said that this generation can bring down fascists like the murderous Hasina. Therefore, we have to do the politics of tolerance in Bangladesh. But in July-August, a grave was built for the politics of throwing tears or attacking each other.

He said these things in his speech as the chief guest at a short rally after the election mass rally of Uzirpur Union Jamaat in Miabazar of Chauddagram Upazila of Cumilla on Sunday afternoon.
Under the chairmanship of Uzirpur Union Jamaat Ameer Maulana Abul Hashem, Jamaat’s Cumilla South District Ameer Advocate Mu. Shahjahan, former Ameer Md. Abdus Sattar, Comilla Metropolitan Jamaat Secretary Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Chauddagram Upazila Ameer Mahfuzur Rahman, former Ameer Md. Sahab Uddin,
