The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shepherd Industries PLC was held through Hybrid System on Monday.
Chung Wen Kuei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company chaired the meeting where Managing Director Kao Wen Fu, Nominee Directors Kao Chen Tsai&Yang Ming Te, Independent Director Md. Delwar Hossain, Executive Director & CFO Md. AtaurRahman, Deputy Managing Director Md. Abdul Mannan, Head of Internal Audit Md. Golam Mainuddinand Company Secretary Mohammad Maruf Bin Wali of the Company were joined in the Hybrid System Annual General Meeting. A large number of shareholders joined in the meeting with physical &virtual and approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 30th June 2024, Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report thereon and also approved 1% Cash Dividend for the General Public Shareholders other than Sponsors and Directors.
